Role Description
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, attract, and onboard top talent in alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment communication. The Recruiter will also collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines, while maintaining a candidate database for future opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
- Analytical and organizational skills for managing recruitment pipelines and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and align recruitment initiatives with business goals
- Experience in recruitment for educational or EdTech sectors is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
