Role Description
Bened Software Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify role requirements, and building strong talent pipelines. The Recruiter will also maintain hiring databases, keep track of recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and talent pipeline development
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage candidate and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in developing job descriptions and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge of current hiring trends
- Previous experience in recruiting for IT and technology roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
