Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Thane The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment databases, building talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent—from travel consultants to operational staff—to help our agency grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and industry networking.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Manage the offer negotiation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure all hiring paperwork meets company standards
