Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing effective recruitment strategies and a deep understanding of the hiring landscape. This role is crucial for ensuring we attract and retain top talent across various departments.

Responsibilities&Duties:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
· Enhance employer branding through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
· Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
· Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Stay current with industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Skills& Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools like Zoho ATS.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Salary:
Upto ₹50,000 per month
