Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities for our Bangalore office. The role primarily involves sourcing candidates through diverse channels beyond paid job portals and handling recruitment for non-IT sectors such as education, manufacturing, and other industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as social media, references, field sourcing, and networking (not limited to paid portals)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews / telephonic rounds
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and selection processes
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain proper candidate database and reports
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in non-IT hiring (education, manufacturing, etc.) preferred
- Strong sourcing skills beyond job portals
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
Language Requirement
- Mandatory: English, Kannada, and Hindi

- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Time management and multitasking
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes
