Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to support our hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to grow in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Communicate with candidates and provide updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience using ATS or recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
