Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter with strong expertise in on-ground and blue-collar hiring, including field sales, frontline, and volume roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mass hiring, field sourcing, and quick closures, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and on-ground roles (field sales, delivery executives, technicians, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, field sourcing, vendor networks, and local channels
- Conduct bulk sourcing and high-volume screening to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Evaluate candidates based on basic eligibility, location fit, stability, and willingness for field roles
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds and walk-in drives for quick turnaround
- Ensure fast closures (TAT-driven hiring) while maintaining quality
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and operations teams for demand planning
- Manage and track candidates through ATS/excel trackers with regular updates
- Handle offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining conversion
- Ensure a smooth on-ground candidate experience, especially for walk-ins and field hires
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in blue-collar / bulk / mass hiring
- Strong exposure to field sourcing, vendor management, and walk-in drives
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with quick turnaround time (TAT)
- Good understanding of on-ground challenges (attrition, no-shows, location mismatch)
- Strong communication skills (multi-language preferred for field roles)
- Hands-on experience with job portals, local hiring channels, and grassroots sourcing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for field sales, delivery, logistics, or frontline roles
- Prior experience in staffing agencies, startups, or operations-heavy environments
- Exposure to hiring in NBFC, fintech, logistics, or e-commerce sectors
