Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs. Responsibilities include building strong pipelines of qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining recruitment strategies. The role also involves using recruitment platforms, managing candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top talent
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience developing and executing effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple roles and deadlines
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Experience in the mechanical or industrial engineering sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
