Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, posting job vacancies on various platforms, conducting interviews, and actively engaging with potential candidates through various sourcing channels. The Recruiter will also play a crucial role in onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and maintain a structured workflow.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance.
- Experience in BPO or customer experience sectors is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
