Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our on-site team at Ambattur & Perungudi office . As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting creation, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing correspondence with candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Maintaining detailed records of recruitment activities and ensuring a seamless candidate experience will also be a key priority in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage recruitment cycles efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in working with diverse teams and candidates
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software is an advantage
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
