Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Jabalpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads. The role also includes maintaining applicant databases, sourcing potential candidates via various channels, and facilitating onboarding processes for new hires. The Recruiter will play a key role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and coordinating with stakeholders
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge in fostering candidate engagement and ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry trends and best hiring practices is a plus
- Experience in technical or IT-related recruitment is advantageous
