Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Sangli. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating offer negotiations. The role also involves implementing effective hiring strategies, building a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze job requirements and identify suitable candidates for diverse roles.
- Experience in tool-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
