Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also monitor hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment practices and recommend improvements as needed.
Qualifications
3+ Years of experience.
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
- Experience in strategizing recruitment plans and collaborating with internal teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and improve processes
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and handle multiple hiring tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
