Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Dehradun. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring pipelines for both the Roastery Department and the Cafes. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with company culture and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing recruitment logistics
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, especially in the food and beverage or retail sectors, is advantageous
