Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role located in Indore. The HR Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities include building a pipeline of qualified candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience, coordinating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports. The role also includes onboarding new hires and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of HR tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment software
• Ability to develop strategic hiring plans and maintain accurate recruitment records
• Experience in talent acquisition within the BPO or customer service sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
