Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at Agrolt Solutions, located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's talent needs. Key tasks include job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, managing the candidate pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Additionally, the Recruiter will assist in onboarding new employees and contribute to enhancing employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and current hiring trends
- Proficiency in job description writing and ensuring alignment with company needs
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields; prior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or engineering industry is advantageous
