About The Role
We are seeking a skilled W2 Recruiter specializing in IT and Engineering domains to join our team at VLink Inc. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing, particularly with W2 roles, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various technical disciplines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with top clients and candidates in the US market. The W2 Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely placement of resources, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our staffing operations. The position is based in Noida or Gurgaon, with a flexible work arrangement of four days onsite and one day WFH.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for those with prior experience in US staffing and W2 hiring. Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or VMS is highly desirable. The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of US tax terms and employment regulations related to W2 employment. Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory to succeed in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a consistent employment history and showcase their ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed to identify suitable talent for IT and engineering roles.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, US employment laws, and tax regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.
