🚨 Hiring Alert – HR Recruiter (BPO Hiring) 🚨
We are looking for a passionate and proactive End-to-End HR Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have experience in bulk BPO hiring and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect with you.
📍 Location: Coimbatore
🧑💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🗣 Languages: English & Hindi (Malayalam is a plus)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
• Handle bulk hiring requirements, especially for BPO roles
🔹 Required Skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals
🎓 Qualification: MBA
