🚨 We Are Hiring – HR Recruiter (Immediate Opening)
📍 Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team and support our hiring needs, especially in a fast-paced BPO environment.
🔹 Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting bulk hiring requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conducting initial HR screenings and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assisting in offer rollouts and onboarding
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Handling bulk/volume hiring (BPO roles)
🔹 Required Skills
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is an added advantage
🎓 Qualification
MBA (Preferred)
