Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the position of Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill organizational hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop job descriptions, and execute tailored recruitment strategies. Conducting candidate assessments, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively source, screen, and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
- Proficiency in developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and organizing candidate records
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Experience within packaging or associated industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
