Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Pune Division. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match organizational needs. They will collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiter will handle job postings, maintain candidate databases, and contribute to the company's talent acquisition goals by aligning recruitment efforts with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in insurance or consulting sectors is a plus
- Proven problem-solving ability and a results-driven attitude
