Job Description: HR Recruiter

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to support Accordible’s growing hiring requirements across office, operations, sales, and ground-level roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
This role requires someone who is disciplined, confident in communication, good at follow-ups, and capable of handling both white-collar and blue-collar hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, WhatsApp groups, internal databases, and field networks.
- Handle hiring for roles such as Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, Admin, Technicians, Supervisors, Housekeeping, Facility Staff, and other service-based profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Understand candidate experience, salary expectations, notice period, location preference, and role suitability.
- Shortlist candidates as per job description and company requirements.
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Ensure candidates attend interviews on time and reduce dropouts.
- Maintain clear communication between candidates, HR, and hiring managers.
4. Documentation & Joining Coordination
- Collect required documents from selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer discussions, joining date confirmation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Support onboarding and induction coordination for new joiners.
- Ensure smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding.
5. Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker with calling, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and joined candidate data.
- Share daily and weekly hiring updates with HR Team Lead.
- Track candidate dropouts, reasons for rejection, and hiring delays.
- Maintain proper records for future reference and audits.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent Accordible professionally while speaking with candidates.
- Explain company profile, role expectations, salary structure, growth opportunity, and work culture clearly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and preferably Marathi.
- Strong calling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with urgency and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic understanding of recruitment process and HR documentation.
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / HRMS / job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
- Good coordination with internal teams and external candidates.
- Should be target-driven, organized, and accountable.
Preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in facility management, manpower, hospitality, security, housekeeping, technical services, blue-collar hiring, or service industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also be considered for junior recruiter roles.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- HR-related qualification will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

- Number of calls made daily.
- Number of relevant candidates sourced.
- Number of shortlisted candidates submitted.
- Interview attendance ratio.
- Selection-to-joining ratio.
- Time taken to close open positions.
- Candidate dropout percentage.
- Quality of documentation and recruitment tracker updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys speaking to people, follows up consistently, understands urgency, and can take ownership of hiring closures. The person should not only depend on job portals but should also be able to create their own sourcing channels and build a reliable candidate database for Accordible’s future growth.
