Role Description The Recruiter and Talent Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Preferred candidates from CAD/CAM, BIM Services company, Mechanical Engineering company, Outsourcing Company or from any Training institute.
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for technical roles.
On a day-to-day basis, the officer designs and delivers learning and development initiatives, supports onboarding programs, and tracks employee growth and performance.
The role also includes maintaining HR records, supporting succession planning, and contributing to talent engagement and retention strategies in alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles.
- Skills in talent development, including designing training programs, facilitating workshops, and supporting continuous learning and career growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Competence in using HR and recruitment tools or platforms, maintaining accurate HR data, and generating basic reports on hiring and development activities.
- Understanding of fair and inclusive hiring practices, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and non-discriminatory processes.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring requisitions and development projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
