Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter and Advisor role based in Lucknow. The person in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities for various roles associated with We – Women Empowered. They will act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on career development, role fit, and growth opportunities within the community. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, organizing local recruitment and networking events, and collaborating closely with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs. The Recruiter and Advisor will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, support onboarding of new team members, and help create an inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Strong advisory skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance on career paths, role expectations, and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and community members.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple requisitions, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms used for talent sourcing and employer branding.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to maintaining a fair, unbiased, and gender-neutral recruitment process.
- Experience organizing or supporting events, workshops, or community initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are an asset.
