Job description:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and well-presented Admin & Talent Acquisition Executive (Junior) who can manage front desk operations while supporting recruitment and administrative functions. This role requires strong coordination skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and capable of representing the organization positively as the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Front Desk & Reception Management
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings.
- Manage courier dispatch & receipt records.
B. Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in job posting across portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation.
- Support onboarding formalities and documentation collection.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters (as guided).
C. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance tracking and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Maintain office inventory and stationery stock.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Ensure office discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi required).
- Basic understanding of recruitment process.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Presentable personality with professional behavior.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in Recruitment/Admin/Front Desk role.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may apply.
