We’re looking for an Account Manager (Recruiter) (0–2 years experience) who is excited about hiring, stakeholder management, and working closely with high-growth startups to build exceptional teams.
This is a high ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founding team and manage end-to-end hiring for some of the fastest-growing startups.
What You’ll Do
• Manage hiring mandates for VC-backed startups across tech and business roles
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across platforms
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and candidates
• Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Track hiring progress and optimize recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, account management, or startups
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-moving priorities
• High ownership, attention to detail, and strong execution
• Interest in startups, hiring, and talent ecosystems
• Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, sourcing, or hiring for tech roles
