Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter - 20k / Target Based position. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the organization. Core duties include posting job ads, conducting candidate searches, scheduling interviews, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers. The role requires developing robust recruitment strategies to achieve target-based hiring goals while maintaining excellent candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, job posting, and recruitment strategy development
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet target-based goals
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
