Job Title: Recruiter – BPO (International Healthcare Voice Process)
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in BPO hiring, specifically for International Healthcare Voice Processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for voice-based roles within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Healthcare Voice Process roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess communication skills
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Maintain strong stakeholder and vendor coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in BPO recruitment (preferably International Voice Process)
• Experience in hiring for Healthcare domain is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good stakeholder management skills

• Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring
