What You'll Work On: As part of the backend engineering team, you may contribute to: Search engines with semantic understanding and personalization capabilities Recommendation systems that deliver tailored product suggestions at scale Large-scale content indexing platforms used by global eCommerce retailers Massively parallel crawlers processing hundreds of millions of web pages daily High-performance NoSQL databases and real-time search infrastructures Autocomplete systems delivering instant results Scalable configuration management tools used across distributed environments End-to-end deployment automation tools for seamless integration and delivery Patented innovations in search technologies and algorithms Open source contributions and technical community engagement What We're Looking For: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent) 0–2 years of professional software development experience Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Hands-on experience coding in backend-focused languages such as Java, Scala, or Python Experience working with distributed systems at scale in a production environment Exposure to large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, or Airflow
