LLM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior LLM Engineer to lead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of cutting-edge large language models. The role involves designing scalable AI systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative NLP-driven solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement advanced LLM-based solutions for use cases like conversational AI, summarization, and generative text.
• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, T5, LLaMA) for domain-specific applications.
• Research and apply techniques in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Optimize LLM pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead large-scale data preparation, cleaning, and augmentation for model training.
• Implement robust MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align AI solutions with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art developments in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence across the team.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies.
