</div><div>As our Shipping & Scheduling Manager, you are the "air traffic controller" of our operations. You will bridge the gap between our sales team, our warehouse crew, and our customers. We are looking for a process-oriented leader who doesn't just follow a system but actively looks for ways to make it faster and better.<br><br>

<strong>Your Core Mission:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Logistics Mastery:</strong> Book and manage daily LTL and parcel shipments using Freightview, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Actively schedule installations and service appointments via phone and SMS, ensuring our customers are informed and excited.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Operational Command:</strong> Direct the "daily flow"—greeting vendors, managing warehouse check-ins, and organizing administrative paperwork for our field crews.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Inventory Integrity:</strong> Maintain a high level of accuracy through periodic inventory counts and meticulous documentation of returns (tagging, photographing, and logging).<br><br>

<li>
<strong>Process Innovation:</strong> We value "better." You will be empowered to refine our systems to increase efficiency across the board.<br><br>

<strong>Who You Are<br></strong><br>
</div><div>You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the "puzzle" of logistics.<br><br>

<strong>Experienced:</strong> You have a background in shipping, logistics, or high-volume scheduling. (Bonus points for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience).<br><br>

<li>
<strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> You are highly proficient with computers, specifically Google Apps and QuickBooks.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>An Expert Communicator:</strong> You can talk to a freight driver, a field technician, and a high-end customer all with the same level of professionalism and clarity.<br><br>

<strong>Detail-Obsessed:</strong> You believe that if it isn't documented or photographed, it didn't happen.<br><br>
