Role Description
The Recovery Specialist will work full-time in our Thane office, focusing on recovery support and coordination. Daily tasks include engaging with individuals, providing guidance for recovery, assisting with insurance-related processes, and conducting relevant training sessions. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and delivering personalized care and support to ensure a positive recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience or knowledge in addiction recovery processes and support strategies
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures related to recovery services
- Ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
