Position: Recovery Analyst
Process: International Voice Campaign
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers.
- Assist customers with account recovery and payment solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in an international voice process.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
💼 Preferred:
- Prior experience in collections/recovery/voice process is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
