Urgent Hiring – Recovery Agent
Profile: Recovery Agent
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales, Insurance Sales, Customer Service, or Tele-calling , Recovery
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls.
Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayments.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs) and ensure timely closures.
Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the system.
Maintain compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, if required.
