Role Description
The Reconciliation Specialist will oversee daily financial reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing financial records, investigating variances, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure accuracy in reports. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, Revenue reconciliation, GST & TDS reconciliation and financial record maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Familiarity with financial reporting, audit procedures, and compliance standards
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- Prior experience in a similar role with a focus on reconciliations preferred
