📍 Position: Reconciliation Executive
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates Serving Up to 15 Days Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform reconciliation of bank accounts, remittance transactions, and money transfer products across GCC, APAC, and other global markets.
✅ Verify and authenticate money transfer transactions to ensure operational accuracy.
✅ Manage accounting and reconciliation of inter-branch transactions.
✅ Coordinate with banks, branch outlets, and internal stakeholders to resolve unreconciled transactions promptly.
✅ Prepare and post month-end reconciliation and accounting entries for multiple country operations.
✅ Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and cross-functional teams while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
✔ 1–4 years of experience in bank, remittance, or financial reconciliation.
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
