We are specifically looking for candidates with strong, hands-on Excel expertise who can confidently handle large datasets, complex formulas, and data analysis.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Reconcile financial transactions across systems & bank statements
🔹 Identify, analyze & resolve discrepancies
🔹 Work on large datasets with speed and accuracy
🔹 Build reports & dashboards for decision-making
🔹 Collaborate with Finance, Tech & Ops teams
🎯 Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
✔ Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data handling)
✔ Ability to manage huge datasets efficiently
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
➕ Good to Have:
✔ Power BI & SQL knowledge
✔ Experience in Fintech / Banking
