About the role

The role of the Financial Analyst is responsible for managing customer P&L performance reporting, optimizing trade spend, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing strategic insights to senior management while collaborating with sales, finance, and IT teams to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Your responsibilities Performance Management and Trade Spend Excellence -Maintain and enhance customer P&L performance management reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy on monthly deliverables. -Control and analyze trade spend, customer margins, providing insights, budget optimization and opportunities, key drivers vs forecast and concise reporting to senior management. -Responsible for month end close process on trade accruals, write offs, timely and compliant adjustments in system. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records/financial systems, collaborating with the broader finance team and IT&D. -Track and report on financial aspects of sales strategic investment business cases -Support the organization on new initiatives, system enhancements, report automation and ad-hoc requests Business Partnering -Deliver financial support to Sales, driving performance through data-driven insights and story telling -Collaborate with Finance and IT&D team members to produce management reports with key insights, analysis, and recommendations utilizing key systems such as Power BI, SAC and Microsoft Excel based reports. -Actively participate in monthly sales and finance review meetings, offering critical analysis and strategic insights -Contribute and collaborate with sales, drive trade spend optimization initiatives to improve KPIs
