Key Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and employee registers.
- Manage and monitor daily tiffin count.
- Conduct daily coordination calls with managers for operational updates.
- Handle new joiner documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain daily cleaning reports.
- Prepare daily task reports and track manager training activities.
- Follow up and collect pending documents from outlets/branches.
- Maintain housekeeping and stationery registers.
- Handle front desk coordination and administrative support activities.
- Manage miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and maintain records efficiently
- Professional and presentable personality
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience as a receptionist or admin executive preferred
