Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position based at Gunam Super Speciality Hospital in Krishnagiri. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential to provide a professional and welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Clerical Skills including record management and basic office procedures
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with healthcare or hospital systems is an added advantage
- Proficiency in local language(s), along with English, is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
