Anantech Ventures Limited is looking for a smart, well-presented, and confident Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and support admin activities across departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a pleasant personality suitable for a corporate front office.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Handling
• Greeting clients, vendors & visitors
• Managing visitor passes and security coordination
• Handling incoming calls & emails
Admin & Office Support
• Courier handling, dispatch & front desk management
• Assisting HR/Admin with documentation & filing
• Maintaining office supplies & housekeeping coordination
• Scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms
Reports & Documentation
• Visitor logs, courier records & daily reports
• Basic data entry & MIS support
Candidate Requirements
•Candidate with 3–5 years of experience
• Excellent English & Hindi communication
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality
• Good knowledge of MS Office & Gmail,Zoho
• Strong multitasking, coordination & organizational skills
💼 Salary
₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
