Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities while also handling telecalling tasks to support patient engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors/patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Reach out to potential leads and explain services
- Follow up with patients after their visits
- Maintain records of calls, appointments, and patient details
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Marathi language is mandatory
- Polite, presentable, and well-organized
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
