Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist cum Telecaller, located in Noida. The role involves managing front-desk reception responsibilities such as answering calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a well-organized reception area. Additionally, the individual will handle telecalling duties, including making outbound calls to potential clients, responding to inquiries, and providing information about insurance services and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and the ability to multitask
- Good Communication skills
- Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle front-desk interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus point
