Receptionist cum Telecaller

Location: 5C Print Pro, Bengaluru

6 Days working - Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Make 150+ customer/prospect calls daily

 • Attend and guide walk-in clients with ease and professionalism

 • Manage front desk activities with confidence and charm

 • Operate billing software and handle customer invoicing

 • Support sales and operations teams in coordination

 • Keep track of inquiries, leads, and client follow-ups

 • Maintain customer-first attitude and clear communication

Candidate Requirement:

 • Experience in telecalling and/or front desk management

 • Well-versed in customer handling and multitasking

 • Presentable, polite, and fluent in English and local language(s)

 • Willing to take on dual roles with enthusiasm

 • Familiar with billing and basic office software
