About the role
Key Responsibilities
OPD Supervision & Standards
- Maintain and ensure an active presence of the OPD supervisor.
- Monitor hygiene standards across the centre and conduct daily readiness checks (OPD and procedure room, setup, hygiene, brand materials, etc).
Patient Management & Experience
- Oversee the complete patient journey:
- Patient onboarding & visit creation
- Order creation & closure
- Payment collection & confirmation
- Ensure patients are clear about consultation flow, procedures, payments, and follow-ups.
- Address concerns and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
Financial & Billing Oversight
- Ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection.
- Track pending payments and coordinate for closure.
- Maintain and support daily MIS and cash reconciliation
Inventory & Infrastructure
- Conduct daily stock checks and expiry tracking.
- Ensure no stock-outs of critical items.
- Track repair and maintenance timelines.
Daily
- Ensure and manage daily operations of the centre .
- Ensure brand & educational materials availability.- fullfillment
- Quick stock check of critical medicines/consumables.-fullfillment
- Ensure fulfilment of consumables - Kits, medicines, equipment at centre
- System and billing setup check.
- Manage patient onboarding (visit creation, order creation).
- Ensure smooth consultation & procedure flow.
- Oversee order closure and payment collection-fullfillment.
- Track pending payments.
- Close all visits in the system.
- Reconcile collections (cash/online/card).
- Submit daily MIS
Twice a Week
- Detailed inventory & expiry check. With pharmacist
- Review the pending payments list.
- Check repair status.& supply gaps.- maintenance
- Review patient experience gaps with the team. (if any)
