Role Description The Receptionist role at Zenesty Salon is a full-time, on-site position based in Nadiad. The Receptionist will greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide information about salon services and pricing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the front desk area, handling basic clerical tasks such as managing records and organizing client files, and processing payments accurately. The role also involves coordinating with stylists and other team members to ensure smooth client flow and timely service. The Receptionist is expected to provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the salon’s brand with a courteous, calm demeanor.
Qualifications
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and basic Clerical Skills.
- Clear and professional Communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-focused, respectful approach.
- Solid Phone Etiquette, including answering, directing calls, and managing appointment inquiries.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with appointment scheduling or point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or hospitality is beneficial.
