📌 Role Overview
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Meet performance targets (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.)
