Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role at Tulip Multispeciality Hospital Pvt Ltd located in Sonepat. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk operations, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area. The candidate will ensure excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a welcoming demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Basic proficiency in using office and scheduling software
