Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
