Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Indore for a Receptionist. The selected candidate will manage front-office operations, including welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing general clerical tasks. The role also includes scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and offering exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties expertise
- Experience in Clerical Skills, including filing, record management, and organizing tasks
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
